Services:
- Generally, services rendered cannot be refunded. The nature of our services involves technicians using their time and expertise to complete a task. Once a service is completed, a refund cannot be issued.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 2 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of AED150.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 3 days of the appointment. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Products (if applicable):
- Unused and unopened products: You may return unused and unopened products within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Used or opened products: Generally, we do not accept returns for used or opened products. However, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis, with a restocking fee of up to 50% applied.
